We want you to feel confident ordering from Top Set Hats.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@topsethats.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
